Face Scrub to remove sun tan, pimples, acne, dark spots and black heads- DIY

Hello Everyone,

Today in this blog post I am going to tell you how you can make your own home made face exfoliate with just 3 ingredients which is easily available in your kitchen. I love trying new DIY face treatments and experimenting them, especially homemade chemical-free recipes . I've always been amazed thinking how well they work when compared to the ones we get in the market.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :

  • Rice Flour - 1 tsp
  • Curd - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - a pinch
Step 1 :

Gather all the required ingredients in a bowl and mix it to form a paste.

Step 2:

Apply the mixture on your cleansed face and massage for 5-7 mins. Wash it off with warm water.

BENEFITS :

Rice powder or flour is a widely known ingredient to treat blemishes, wrinkles and pigmentation.Yogurt prevents premature aging, fights acne, reduces discoloration and removes sun tan.Turmeric has anti-bacterial properties, treats blemishes, treats acne, brightens skin and removes sun tan.

Note:

1. Do not add more than a pinch of turmeric powder as it tends to stain your face.
2. The grainy nature of rice flour acts as a mild scrub removing dead skin and makes your skin soft.
3. You could make a small batch of this mixture and keep it in the refrigerator and use it twice a week.
4. This face scrub works best for dry skin and normal to combination skin.

  5. I am sure it would be very effective! However my skin always breaks out when I put on curd in any form :( Any alternative I can use instead of curd?
